Kattovit Feline Diet - KIDNEY/RENAL has been specially developed to provide cats with a reduced protein content, through the use of high quality protein in an easily digestible composition. High protein levels can have a damaging effect on the kidneys. The decisive factor is the protein content in relation to the amount of energy. In Kattovit KIERE/RENAL, in contrast to conventional food, only around half of the energy comes from protein. The enrichment with potassium citrate has a urinary alkalinizing effect and can therefore prevent the formation of oxalate crystals (oxalate prophylaxis). The levels of phosphorus and sodium are reduced.

Feeding recommendation

Recommended duration of feeding:
